Today I got a letter from the Somalis - they are really cute and very social ! They also love Maine Coon kitties. It took me a while to read through all of it - but look yourself - (I will put it up soon - Ingrid has do something with the letter first - it has something to do with PDF (?).....) I tell you , the Somalis are really cool guys - I bet I would have a great time with them ! Tom and Julia would just wonder, with their mouth open :-)
Next time I have to tell you about "Willi the worm" - that is a very special toy. Ingrid told me, that I will also get one soon and it also has a charity factor ..... will let you know soon.

2.09.04 Today I got a great package >from Felix and Marlene Schiel aus Deltern, D - full with toys, food and snacks ! Thank you Marlene for letting Felix send me such great stuff ! Next time the photographer is around I will take a picture of me and send it to you - so you can see yourself, how much weight I gained !

11.09.04 Today we had a photo-session - here you can see the results:
I am now 41/2 Monate old.
I had my daily workout with all the great new toys. Look at my strong feet and big paws :-) Also my coat has grown back and looks like a silky robe. Ingrid Vitali told me, I am the most beautiful silver tabby and white Maine Coon girl in the world and she is proud on me !
We have also been to the vet and she told me, that finally I won against the
ear mites - they are gone - yipii !
Then she took a sample of my skin and put it in a little box - she says it is a
"culture" - I don´t understand that, but I think she wants to see, if maybe also
the fungus is gone by now. I really hope, there is no fungus left, because
otherwise they want to give me a bath :-((
My weight is now 2300 g and I feel great. I want to express my thanks for all the donations, which were made - especially for those, which were made for Lincoln and the other homeless cats. Ingrid Vitali said, I am an amabassador for all poor feline creatures, just because I survived and I am not poor anymore. But I have to start my job slowly, because I think children are prohibited to work :-)) also I really need my time for playing and cuddling.

24.09.04 A loud Miau to everybody out there - I
have to say, I am feeling great ! My weight is now 2700 g and my coat keeps
growing ! The fungus has not disappeared complety, but as soon as we have
classified the type of fungus, there will be no mercy - soon there will be
Halloween - so we are going to hunt the fungus this year !
And there are other great news - finally I can switch to normal food - so no
diet food anymore, Thanks heaven, it really was already boring !
Although we have to start it slow, it is wonderful - I am a smart Maine Coon
- so I will just pick the best pieces out of it !
I am sending a seducing Miau to my "special" friend - I would love to meet you,
but Julia doesn´t allow me :-( so we have to stick with email.
Also you have to know, that Lincoln found a loving new home. It will take a
little while, before he can move to his new family, but then it will be forever.
He has big luck, because also his sister and his half sister live there and they
have a great life - so he will be the boss of the group and the girls will all
charm him ! So that will keep him busy and he will not have time to shake his
head..... Although he improved a lot on that and almost never shake his head
anymore - but he has learned to call for his people, when he wants to be petted.
Once he even hissed - but just a little. But that is a good sing - it shows,
that he is gaining self-confidence. Soon he will feel as strong as I do - then I
will show you some pictures of him - he has turned into an impressive beautiful
male ! He really had a sad life before - a small house in the garden and a
little green around it is really not my idea of a cats paradise and also the
people have not been nice with him. Also his parents have suffered there and he
has to forget all this terrible things. He is a very sensitive guy - at least
that is what Ingrid and Horti say.
That is a picture from august, when Lincoln
came to the homeless cats - he was completly horrified. I know, what he is going
through and that is why I can understand him so well.
I will send you new pics of me very soon.

We just love her presents - she sent 100 cat nip toys and just imagine the aroma
- like in paradise ! Ingrids house is kitty heaven now, but I bet she doesn´t
want to have other people visiting right now :-) She almost got hallucinations,
when she brought this big box home with her in the car - I am just glad, she
didn´t crash the car :-)
This is a proof of our cat nip orgy :-) we just love this stinky stuff ! But don´t worry, Ingrid put the rest in a box and brought it in the cellar, before she gets high from it.

30.09.04 My dear friends in germany - today I want to ask you for a big favour -
One of my Maine Coon friends needs help - she is a lovely Maine Coon girl and her name is Melodie. She was born november 10th, 2001. She is a beauty and completly healthy and she has a wonderful color - she wears the color of the Indian Summer - I was told the correct term is black torbie.
Melody has a very sad story - she has been a breeding queen once and had
bitten her kittens to death at the age of 6 weeks due to a trauma. We don´t know,
what was going on in her mind, but to that point she also wouldn´t tolerate the
other cats anymore. But she loved people - she loved to be petted and she was a
calm and loving cat when she was the only cat around. She loved to play and she
had very good manners. So she found a new home and she was happy there and
thought her life had turned for the better. All of a sudden the little son of
the family, where she had lived developed an allergy and now Melody needs a new
home.
The people had talked it over and over again - but now Melody shall be sold to a
new home. :-((
Now, I want to help Melody to find a new family, who loves her. I know, that life is tough sometimes and I would wish to find some people, who love and respect her.
Now my question is - who could offer Melodie a new loving home ? A place where she can find a new family forever ? If you think you could, please do not hesitate to contact Ingrid <email> - she will take care, that Melodíe´s shots are up to date and she will also take care of the paperwork like a contract.
I really hope we can help Melodie and I am sending you already a warm Meow and thank you to all people who will support us,
